1BT Broadband Support
Tony Biker / 5Wed 6th Aug at 21:33Used their online support via their remote access to my PC to repair a problem that was my own fault. It was quick, easy and above all communication was A1. They even followed up the following day to m ake sure that everything was still working. You pay a bit more for BT but thats the benefit.
