Sunset from iphone / 5Wed 1st Dec at 21:55When it was just D&A yeah it was a great opticians but since it has merged with boots I was left waiting for 45 minutes after my appointment time then when I actually got to see an optician I was there for what felt like 5 minutes then I just got told to choose some new glasses once I had made my choice I then had to wait another 20 minutes for somebody to put all the information in the system. I won't even start on the booking an appointment process just trust me don't believe anything they say online or on the phone I won't be going back a very bad experience for me.
