gingertabby / 5Thu 16th Oct at 22:04They appear to routinely overbook, so I was always having taxis turning up late. I would call and the dispatcher would always say the taxi was five minutes away, no matter how long it would actually take.
Also, a lot of the drivers are dreadful. I was constantly frightened out of my wits by their antics when I used them. Now that I have my own car, I still can't stand them as they are incredibly disrespectful of other road users, sometimes even dangerous.
