Staff are surly and more frequently seen on the check-out than in the optical section. one one order: lenses deeply scratched prior to collection then replaced then scratched again; completely wrong prescription; made to feel was entirely my fault; kept waiting for 2.5 hours. Glasses binned and went to a ¨proper¨ optician. Sight is too important to trust to non-professionals.
