At BT we continually review The Phone Book to make sure it's always as concise, comprehensive and relevant as possible in an easy to use format.
We also have a responsibility to ensure we do not use more paper than we have to, so we are proactively reducing the duplication of numbers between the different sections of The Phone Book.
What has changed?
Classified Directory
The Classified Directory now only lists paying advertisers by business type.
You can now be sure that every Advertiser who appears in the Classified Directory is genuinely looking for new business and is ready for your call.
Residential Listings
Business Listings
You can continue to find businesses or people whom you know by name in the Business or Residential Listings.
This means that The Phone Book continues to be the only UK directory that includes A-Z residential, business and classified information together in each of its 168 editions.
