I'm one of those people who is scared of the dentist, I was made to feel totally welcome by all the staff, the dentist put me totally at ease and even though I now need quite a lot of work done I don't feel I've been overcharged in any way, a fair and friendly dentist .... AT LAST

I also appreciate the way the dentist and hygienist appear to listen to points I wish to make about my treatment.

Receptionist extremely rude - i rang up to change an appointment - but overheard her insult me after she thought I had hung up, won't be going back.
