Friendly and helpful

We actually transfered to this surgery due to their friendly reputation. Receptionists are, on the whole, very approachable and helpful and always greet us with a welcoming smile. The waiting room is large and airy with a good selection of children's toys to keep little ones occupied while waiting. The female doctor is particularly approachable and you don't feel she is trying to hurry you out of door as soon as you've arrived - as experienced elsewhere! You can request which doctor you want to see and they will accommodate you if the matter isn't urgent. All in all, the surgery has a 'family doctor' feel.

Claremont Road Medical Centre

Dr Sweedan runs this medical centre. You can get an emergency appointment on the same day - if you call at 9. He will always make time to speak to his patients on the phone if they have a problem. He will spend time with you at your appointment and make sure he has covered everything, before moving on to the next patient. The office staff are very friendly.

Super group practice

An excellent medical centre. For forty years we have had excellent care and they are very highly regarded in Neston.

A good local practise

Good service, quite well organised. I have been with them for 3 years. If you want to see only your choice of doctor you need to book well in advance but you can get an appointment normally on the same day if you ring in good time in the morning.

A purpose built medical centre with excellent facilities. Numerous medical staff. Always busy. Main problem is being unable to see a Doctor quickly. Easy registration process

Easy Appointment system

Providing that you need to see a Dr urgently, it is possible to ring 1st thing in the morning and be seen the same day which is a rarity for many surgeries. Quality of care is also excellent. Can see any available Dr. Also appointments to see nurse/health visitor etc. Please don't change the current system
