Dated yet pretentious

Awful service! Staff are extremely rude and pretentious. I looked like a toilet brush on leaving the salon, nothing like what I asked for and was argued with by the manager when I explained why I was unhappy!? Hairstyles and cutting techniques are dated here to say the least.

Superb salon, would highly recommend. All ages and tastes catered for. Superb range of products and services available. Make sure you book well in advance for a director to cut your hair!

Carl, the owner, is the only hairdresser ever to make me actually like my hair! If I say this is after 40 years of never being able to manage it, it will be seen what a compliment this is!

Customer satisfaction

I have visted these on a regular basis, they are friendly they get booked up quickly (which shows they are popular) once i tried to explain what i wanted and when i left i wasnt entierly happy so i phoned them and they asked me to go back and amended it free of charge. I was really pleased.

wet hair

Not very impressed with these, i came out with a soaking wet back and hair which is not good when in your lunch hour. Needless to say i have not been back.

colour and cut
