I have used this company on numerous of occasions and found them to be extremely reliable, punctual and professional. In addition, the drivers are very polite and overall the level of service is very high.

Excellent Service

I recently travelled to Lancaster for a meeting and on arriving at the train station went to get a taxi and got into a 848848 taxi.

As someone who generally dislikes taxi journeys as I always tend get grumpy drivers I was a bit apprehensive however

the driver was polite & friendly, asked how I was etc and left me with a card to call to get a taxi back to the train station.

On calling to get a taxi back to the station the lady on the phone again was very friendly and polite. I then received a text message to explain my taxi was waiting, the taxi make and the registration number which I thought was very good for security

Again the driver to the station was very friendly and explained about the journey (as due to the one way system it takes longer to get to the station than from the station

I would highly recommend this company and if I am ever in Lancaster again would not hesitate to use them

I booked a taxi via Mill Hill at the weekend for 7:15 in the morning and sure enough it arrived on time.

The car was clean and tidy and smelled of those little green tree air fresheners :)

Avoid

They appear to routinely overbook, so I was always having taxis turning up late. I would call and the dispatcher would always say the taxi was five minutes away, no matter how long it would actually take.

Also, a lot of the drivers are dreadful. I was constantly frightened out of my wits by their antics when I used them. Now that I have my own car, I still can't stand them as they are incredibly disrespectful of other road users, sometimes even dangerous.
