We have visited this branch as well as the Heckmondwike branch and both are excellent as are the staff.

Recommended vet

A very good experiance with this vets practice . Sympathetic, understanding and knowledgeable. gave us the right advice for our terminally ill 14yr old dog. Best vet in the area. Will use again.

Dog Whisperer

I can't fault these vets.. My normally boisterous English Bull Terrier turns into a soppy puppy when Mr Clarke gets his hands on her. They are fantastic!

NHS it isn't

C&M continue to offer personalised prompt service when my pets have been unwell and Jackson loves the little treat and fuss he gets at each visit.

Excellent Service

Update from previous, have had cause to visit on a number of occaisions recently with my 2 cats, every member of staff I have found to be polite, friendly, courteous and knowlegeable, and the service is second to none. I couldn't recommend these people more.

Gave cat eye drops when it actually needed an op!

Pleasant lady vet, but she gave our kitten eye drops when in actual fact she needed an op. Kitten has had 3 eye ops to date (with another vet). I'm glad we changed vets.......

Good service & after care, but slightly pricey

The cost for this service are lower than The Whitehouse, they actively manage elderly clients. e.g. Calling an animal in for a check-up if overdue.

Still pricey, but lower down the scale.

Good service, but overpriced

A good home pet practice, but products and services are overpriced even for Malvern, £5.00 over the odds for Propalin syrup, and you are also charged for them to have the animal back after treatment to check that they have done their job properly.

With new legislation of £10 per prescription issued then veterinary services have to be sensible about their exorbitant pricing.

Animal Care

I have used this vets for 13 years. There care and treatment is second to none. Probably the best vets practice in the area. They take special care of your pets I would not use anyone else!

Would highly recommend. Friendly efficient service. Open late which is always handy. Perhaps not the cheapest though.
